The receipt by email the confirmation of an order does not automatically mean that Ergon Technologies accepts this order and can not confirm that Ergon Technologies agrees to sell anything. Ergon Technologies reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with any client whatsoever and / or to fix a quantity limit for any item of an order. It may be necessary for Ergon Technologies, and at any time, to verify personal information or credit card before accepting any order.

Payment Terms

We accept PayPal payments through which you can also pay with your credit card.

We do not accept checks or money orders.

Prices

The price payable for each product that you order is as set next to each product offered on the Site.

Transportation and delivery costs, as well as applicable sales taxes, are calculated online but can vary depending on exchange rate and external stakeholders which are beyond our control. If there is a change in one or other of these charges, you will be notified.

Ergon Technologies reserves the right to modify at any time the prices of products offered on the Site, without notice.

All prices are available in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Availability Of Products

The site displays all products that can be ordered online. Please note that these are not necessarily part of the inventory of Ergon Technologies or the Site. In the event that Ergon Technologies must wait for one or items out of stock become available, it may be that your order be held before being shipped. If you are ever in a hurry to receive one or some items in your order, we recommend that you place a separate order for this (s) last (s).

Ergon Technologies does in no way guarantee the availability of products offered on the Site. If Ergon Technologies can deliver to you one or other of the products you have ordered due to insufficient inventory, Ergon Technologies will notify you via email and you will then have the following options:

Keep your order active with the Site and allow Ergon Technologies to ship the product (s) (s) out of stock without notice, and, from its (their) reception, in which case payment will be automatically deducted from your credit card account for the product (s) (s) before it (s) last (s) so you do (are) delivered (s) by the carrier selected by Ergon Technologies. At any time before receipt by the Site (the) product (s) out of stock, you will be able to cancel your order by contacting us via the "Contact Us" section of the site. Please note that (the) product (s) out of stock will (be) command (s) from vendors than in the (s) day (s) after maintaining your order on the Site

Cancel your order within 15 days, by contacting us via the "Contact us" of the website, in which case a refund will be made for this product (s) (s).

Ergon Technologies will in no time responsible for any damage that you may suffer because of an out of stock.

Delivery Of Products

Ergon Technologies deliver the products ordered to the delivery address you transmitted when ordering. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and represent an amount before taxes. Delivery will be made by Ergon Technologies as quickly as possible after acceptance of your order, depending on the shipping method determined by the Site or Ergon Technologies. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the shipment, the chosen method of delivery and product availability. Delivery times are estimated from the moment that the products leave Ergon Technologies offices.

You become the owner of the products you have ordered when they will be delivered by Ergon Technologies to the transport company. From that moment, you will be required to assume the risks and Ergon Technologies shall not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Delivery of products is subject to the rules of the delivery companies with which Ergon Technologies does business, and the rules of any other company with which Ergon Technologies may do business from time to time. If applicable, you are subject to the particular rules concerning the signing of an acknowledgment of receipt. If you are away from where you asked Ergon Technologies is to deliver the products, it will be your responsibility to recover the products according to the rules of the delivery company chosen.

Ergon Technologies must have received full payment of the products be delivered to you before proceeding with their delivery.

Responsibility

In the event that the liability of Ergon Technologies to you could be successful, it will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the products returned.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall not have the effect of limiting any right you may have as a consumer under any of the laws of public order that may be applicable in your case .

Return Policy

It is possible to obtain a credit note within 15 days of purchase of a product. Note that you must present the original receipt and the product must be in perfect condition. To report a return merchandise, you must contact Ergon Technologies commandes@ergon.qc.ca email or 514-397-8884 x101.
If a product is defective and returned to us within 15 days of purchase, it will automatically exchanged against the same product. (After that, we will follow the repair process manufacturing)

Special Cases

Special orders can not be exchanged or refunded, except in case of malfunction.

Force Majeure

Ergon Technologies shall not be liable for non-performance, in whole or in part, any of its obligations to you, nor for any damage or loss that you may suffer if the non-performance, damages or losses result from a force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
